Upload your first video lesson
Drop in a raw video and Zanfia generates the transcript, chapters, lesson notes, and a knowledge-check quiz.
Smart Video turns a raw upload into a full lesson. While the video processes, the Assistant generates a transcript, splits it into chapters, writes student notes, and drafts a short quiz to confirm comprehension.
Upload
Open the lesson
Inside any course, click "Add lesson" → Video. Drag your file onto the dropzone, or paste a YouTube/Vimeo URL.
Wait for processing
A 30-minute video typically processes in 2–4 minutes. You can keep editing the rest of your course while it runs — Zanfia notifies you when the lesson is ready.
Supported formats
MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM up to 5 GB per file on the Pro plan, 10 GB on Scale. Larger files? Drop us a line — we have a chunked-upload path.
Review what the Assistant produced
Open the lesson and you'll see four tabs alongside the video: Chapters, Transcript, Notes, and Quiz. Each one is a draft you can accept, edit, or regenerate. Most creators tweak the chapter titles, lightly edit the notes, and ship.
- Chapters — auto-detected from topic shifts in the transcript.
- Transcript — searchable, time-coded, available in 30+ languages.
- Notes — a 5–8 bullet summary students can save for later.
- Quiz — 3–5 multiple-choice questions to confirm key concepts landed.
