Moving your list

You choose recipients by what they have and what they don’t.
You create a segment, for example "Shopping list, no e-book": people with access to the free shopping list and without the e-book. You combine conditions freely: product, tag, amount spent, last order, email activity, SMS consent. You see the number of recipients before you save the segment, and you can create a new segment straight from a campaign.

An email in your colors, typed or dictated.
You start from a template or a blank page, and you set the email’s look in your brand colors. You can dictate the text, and every version of the draft stays in the history. In an offer email you can add a countdown to the end of the promotion, and the recipient’s first name fills in by itself.

After sending, you see what the email did.
Delivered, opens, clicks and unsubscribes, plus the orders attributed to the campaign with their revenue. An order counts for the email if someone bought within 5 days of clicking a link in it. For each link you can check who clicked it, and for each recipient what happened to their email.

Clicking a link can add a tag or start an automation.
You give each link in a campaign an action: add a tag, remove a tag or add to an automation. You can tag the people who clicked through to the e-book and write to exactly them next time. Actions work for recipients whose clicks you track.
See automations
A text message when an email isn’t enough.
You write a text message campaign in the same dashboard and send it through your own Twilio or SMSAPI account. You see a phone preview and a counter that shows how many messages your provider will bill. A STOP reply unsubscribes the person when you send from a number people can reply to.

Your list grows from your website and from pages in Zanfia.
You paste a signup form into your own website or into a page built in Zanfia. You choose whether people confirm their signup by email and which tags a new person gets. You can also add a phone field and a separate consent for text messages.

The purchase confirmation in your own words.
The purchase confirmation, login code, access-ending reminder, failed payment notice and community notifications: Zanfia sends them automatically. On Growth and up you change their content so they sound like you, and check the preview before saving.
Emails go out from an address on your domain.
You add your domain, and Zanfia shows the DNS records to enter at your provider (DKIM, SPF and a recommended DMARC), with a hint on what goes in which field. Once it’s verified you choose the sender address. Customer emails, like the purchase confirmation, can go out from this domain too.

What’s on which plan?
Email and text message campaigns, editing system emails, your own sending domain and moving your list are on Growth and up. Signup forms, sending paid newsletter issues and automation emails work on every plan.
How many emails can I send?
The monthly sending limit depends on your plan: Starter 10,000, Growth 100,000, Pro 250,000, Scale 600,000. Order receipts, login codes and other system emails don’t count toward it.
Who sends my text messages?
Your own Twilio or SMSAPI account, which you connect in Zanfia. You pay your provider directly for the messages.
How do I move my list from another tool?
On Growth and up we do the move for you: contacts, tags and segments from MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, Kit, Mailchimp or GetResponse. You can also upload your list from a CSV file.
