Maya runs 1:1 nutrition consultations. A client buys a consultation, pays through Maya's gateway and picks a free time, and Zanfia sends the reminders. Invoices come from Stripe or Maya's accounting app, and Zanfia takes no commission on her sales.

You set your working hours, session length, breaks and caps. The client pays in the checkout, then picks a free time in her library, in her own time zone. A day and an hour before the session she gets a reminder, and either side can cancel.

You connect your own account with a payment gateway: Stripe, PayPal, or one of the Polish gateways, and the methods the client sees depend on the gateway. A bigger program sells in installments on the card or as a subscription. Clients who need an invoice fill in their tax ID and company details, and the invoice comes from Stripe or your accounting app.

Before a session you know what the client already bought.
A client's profile shows their purchases, access, transactions and activity, plus tags and your notes. You write to them in a private message in Zanfia, and messages from Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram land in one inbox.
Turn your method into a course or a club.
Clients work through a course between sessions, and you run a group in a club with a monthly payment. You add the consultation to a bundle with the course, or as an extra offer in the checkout (order bump, Growth and up).

Can a client book a session without paying?
No. With the Zanfia calendar the client pays first and then picks a time. If you prefer your own booking tool, you add a link to it, and the client gets it after the purchase.
Who issues the invoices?
Stripe or your accounting app. Clients who need an invoice fill in their tax ID and company details in the checkout.
Do you take a cut of my sessions?
No. Zanfia takes 0% of your transactions on every plan. You only pay your payment gateway’s fee.
