Redesigned purchases and billing in the customer area
Customers manage subscriptions, cards and installments in one place, plus fixes for community emails, sales reports and discount codes.
- New Purchases & billing in the customer area. The customer's Purchases page is now "Purchases & billing" with tabs: Subscriptions & renewals (subscriptions, installments and one-time renewals as separate groups), One-time purchases, Free, and Payment history (every charged order, with invoice links where issued). "Manage" opens an inline panel with cancel/resume, card update and unsubscribe; inactive purchases sit dimmed under "Inactive". A new Settings → Billing screen lists active subscriptions and payment methods. Canceled subscriptions show their end date with a Resume button; fully paid installment plans show "Paid in full".
- Improved Product page shows purchase details only. The customer's product page no longer mixes content with billing: content opens from header buttons (Open archive, Watch course, Files, Knowledge base) as full-page views.
- Fixed Knowledge-base subscribers can cancel. Purchases → Manage on a knowledge-base subscription opens the management page with cancel controls instead of redirecting to the content.
- Fixed Images in community notification emails. Images resized or aligned in the post editor now render as images in new-post, comment and mention emails instead of raw code.
- Improved Plain-language email delivery problems. Customer → History describes delivery problems (bounce, suppressed address, failed) in plain words instead of raw provider errors.
- Fixed Sales report with order bumps. Orders with order bumps counted the order total once per bump in the sales report; each order now counts once, and a refund subtracts once.
- Fixed Percentage discount codes and currency. Percentage codes are no longer rejected at payment because of a currency mismatch stored on the code (code validation and the payment step now agree).
- Fixed "Open your files" on the thank-you page. The button is hidden when a file product has no files yet, and shows an error message if the download fails.
- Improved The assistant checks email delivery. Ask the assistant whether a customer received an email (for example a renewal reminder) and it reads the actual delivery log instead of guessing. A pasted screenshot the assistant cannot read now gets a plain reply instead of an error.
