Instagram, Facebook Pages, WhatsApp and Telegram are open to everyone

Meta has approved Zanfia's app review, so the social channels that were waiting behind "Coming soon" are now available on every workspace.

📣 Publish to Instagram and Facebook Pages

• New Connect Instagram and Facebook Pages. Settings → Integrations → Social media and Social posts → Accounts show Instagram and Facebook Pages as connectable accounts. Draft, schedule and publish posts to them the same way as to LinkedIn, with a first comment posted right after the post goes live. Threads, YouTube and TikTok still show "Coming soon".
• API Same channels in the Workspace API, CLI and MCP. Everything the social posts API already did for LinkedIn works for Instagram and Facebook Pages. Learn more

💬 Inbox: Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram

• New Answer Instagram direct messages in the Inbox. Connect Instagram and the Inbox → Instagram tab shows your conversations, with the sender's profile picture and name, including threads that existed before you connected. Replies go out from Zanfia.
• New WhatsApp and Telegram conversations. Inbox → WhatsApp works with your WhatsApp Business number. Inbox → Telegram works through the Zanfia bot: share your bot link from the Telegram card and every customer who starts a chat with it appears as a conversation you can answer.
• Improved Conversations linked to a customer. A conversation you link to a customer shows on their profile with an Open conversation button.

🔧 Connection details

• Improved Tokens refresh on their own. Instagram access tokens are renewed in the background before they expire. If a renewal is not possible, a banner on the Social media page asks you to reconnect, and nothing is published until you do.
• Improved Simpler connection cards. After you connect an account from the Social media tab, a confirmation shows what was connected. Technical details of a connection sit behind Show details instead of filling the card. When Meta cancels a connection, the dialog tells you why.
• Fixed Disconnecting Instagram stops its messages. Removing an Instagram connection also stops message delivery for it, so no conversations arrive from a disconnected account.
