Zanfia calendar is live, book consultations without an external scheduling tool
Consultations can now be booked directly in Zanfia. Set your weekly hours and booking rules, and your clients pick a time in their library right after paying, with confirmation and reminder e-mails, a calendar file and automatic cancellation when access ends.
- New Book consultations in Zanfia. On a consultation product, How clients book now offers Zanfia calendar next to an external scheduling link. Set your weekly hours, the session length, how much notice you need, the gap between sessions and the weekly cap, in your own time zone. After paying, the client picks a time in their library (the thank-you page points them there); the slot is checked against your other bookings, so two clients can never take the same time. Learn more
- New Sessions per purchase. Each consultation has a Sessions per purchase setting: new consultations start at 1, leave it empty for unlimited. A pack shows the client "X of Y sessions left", a subscription renews the allowance every billing period, and a refunded order does not count.
- New E-mails and calendar files. Both of you get a confirmation e-mail with the time, the location and your message; the client also gets a reminder the day before and an hour before. The booked card and the confirmation e-mail carry an Apple / Outlook (.ics) file.
- New Bookings follow access. When a client loses access, after a refund, a revoked access or a removal, their upcoming sessions are cancelled and both sides are told. This also covers consultations bundled in a course or a plan, as long as the client has no other way to reach them.
- API Workspace API, MCP and the assistant. The booking settings are available through
PATCH /products/{productId}/appointment, the MCP toolupdate-consultationand the assistant, including the sessions-per-purchase setting. Learn more
