Referral rewards and an affiliate program

Other people can now bring you buyers through a personal link. Referral programs come in two modes with different jobs, and you start both with New program. They are available on Growth and above.

• New Referral rewards. Customers join on the Refer a friend page, get a personal link and collect rewards at the thresholds you set: access to a product, a coupon code, or a digital or physical prize. A friend who comes through the link can see a discount already applied at checkout. For now in the browser, on phones too; we're adding it to the mobile app as well.
• New All your customers at once. Enroll all customers adds the customers of the program's products, with or without an e-mail carrying their personal link (sent to those who gave marketing consent).
• New Affiliate program. Partners join through the Invite link, or you add them with Add partner. They earn a percent or flat commission on each referred buyer's first purchase.
• New Approve commissions in your dashboard. On the Conversions tab you approve, reject and mark commissions as paid, and Export CSV downloads the list. You pay partners outside Zanfia.
• New E-mails on both sides. Customers and partners get a welcome with their link and updates on rewards and commissions; you hear about new partners and commissions waiting for your approval.
• New Refunds are taken into account. A full refund recorded in Zanfia, or made in Stripe or PayU, takes the referral back and cancels a pending commission. A refund made in the Tpay, Przelewy24, PayNow, PayPal or TubaPay panel needs to be recorded in Zanfia too, or the commission stays. Learn more
