Account sharing protection
Limit how many devices each customer can use on your site and in the mobile app, choose what happens when the limit is reached, and remove a customer's device yourself.
Customers who share one login with friends now have a limit. Account sharing protection lets you cap the number of active devices per customer, across your site and the Zanfia mobile app.
- New Set a device limit. Turn it on in Your site → Account sharing protection and choose the number of active devices allowed per customer. It is off by default, so nothing changes until you enable it.
- New Decide what happens at the limit. Three strategies: Adaptive protection (the first replacement is instant, the second needs 24 hours, the third 7 days, anything further needs you; the sequence resets after 30 quiet days), Always allow replacement (customers swap devices themselves), or Creator approval only (customers cannot swap devices themselves; you remove a device from their profile).
- New Manage a customer's devices. Open a customer → Devices to see active installations with their last activity, remove a single device, or reset all of them. A removed device loses access to your content within seconds, without waiting for the customer to reload.
- Mobile Works in the mobile app. The app applies the same limit and shows the customer a clear "device limit reached" screen with the replacement options you configured. Delivered as an in-app update, no store download needed.
