Files without an extension open correctly, Help Center on a locked account, and images with links in the checkout description
Files uploaded without an extension are recognized by their content and download with the right one, an account whose trial or subscription ended can still open the Help Center and answer support messages, and the checkout description keeps an image that links somewhere.
- Fixed Files without an extension. A file uploaded without an extension in its name (for example "Chapter 1 - EPUB") is recognized by its content, saved with the right type and downloads with the right extension, so it opens on the client's device. This covers new uploads in the Media Library and downloads of lesson attachments. Learn more
- Improved Help Center on a locked account. When your trial or subscription has ended, the lock screen now has a Help Center link, and you can open the Help Center to read and answer support messages. Learn more
- Fixed Images with links in the checkout description. The checkout description editor keeps an image that links somewhere, for example a clickable thumbnail the assistant inserted, when you save. Learn more
