Sign in with Google on your site, who downloaded which file, and changing a scheduled campaign

Buyers and members can sign in to your site with Google, file downloads are recorded per client and per file, a scheduled campaign can get a new time or go back to a draft, abandoned-cart workflows skip people who bought, and pages get a share image, a sitemap switch and llms.txt. Also new are Klarna for prices in pounds, waitlist sign-ups saved as contacts, a Testimonial submitted trigger and one-click upsells that work with 3D Secure cards.

🔐 Sign-in on your site

  • New Your buyers and members can sign in with Google. The login screen of your site and the community join form have Continue with Google. It opens the account with the same e-mail as the Google account and follows the same access rules as the e-mail code; a Google account without access is told so. It is on by default, and you can switch it off in Your site → Site & brand → Customer access → Sign in with Google.

🛒 Checkout and sales

  • Fixed One-click upsells with 3D Secure cards. When the saved card needs the bank's confirmation, the buyer now gets the confirmation step after accepting the upsell, instead of a failed payment. Learn more
  • Fixed Timed access stays timed. A 100% discount code on a one-time price with a limited access period now gives that period, not lifetime access. Adding a client with a price from another offer of the product uses that offer's access period. Learn more
  • New Apply a new end-of-access setting to earlier buyers. After you change When the access period ends on a timed one-time price, the checkout builder asks Apply to existing customers too (N)?, and New customers only leaves earlier buyers as they were. A renewal link whose access cannot be renewed there now says so instead of opening a checkout. Learn more
  • Fixed Retry payment gives a clear answer. Retry payment on a client's subscription now says when the subscription has already ended, or when the payment gateway is restarting the payment (try again in about 30 minutes or send the payment link), instead of a generic error. Learn more
  • Improved Klarna for prices in pounds. One-time GBP prices offer Klarna when it is active on your Stripe account and the account is outside the US. USD prices offer it only on a US Stripe account, and subscriptions stay card only.
  • New Waitlist sign-ups become contacts. Offer deadline → Advanced options → Save sign-ups as contacts: after the deadline, the waitlist window can also ask for the first and last name, and it asks for consent. The person becomes a contact with your tags right away, so workflows that start on those tags run. Learn more
  • Improved Website tracking keeps the source all the way to the checkout. The tracking snippet on your own website now passes UTM tags and ad click ids to links to your Zanfia checkouts (/c/…), on your Zanfia address and on the custom domains listed in the snippet, so purchases keep their source. Copy the snippet again from Integrations → Website tracking to include your custom domains. Learn more
  • Improved Polish plural forms for access periods. In the Polish dashboard, prices read "Dostęp na 12 miesięcy" and "co 3 miesiące" in the checkout builder, the assistant's cards, the price summary on sales pages and the clients CSV.
  • Improved Plan changes that start later are spelled out. On a yearly Zanfia plan, picking a higher monthly plan now offers a choice: the higher plan yearly right away (a prorated charge, same renewal date), or the monthly plan from the end of your paid year. A change scheduled for later is confirmed with its date, and another change in the meantime tells you which plan and date are already set. Learn more

📧 E-mails and workflows

  • New Change a scheduled campaign. A scheduled campaign shows Scheduled for with its date and a banner with Change: Change the send time keeps it scheduled for the new time, and Edit the content turns it back into a draft with the date filled in on the Send step. Learn more
  • Fixed Dropped or pasted images are saved. An image you drag or paste into the campaign, workflow e-mail, client e-mail or system e-mail editor now uploads to Media and becomes a normal image with width, alignment and link controls. Before, it stayed a local preview and was not saved with the e-mail. Learn more
  • Improved Abandoned-cart workflows stop at buyers. They no longer e-mail or text someone who bought the product (same e-mail or same browser, after leaving the cart or up to 30 days before). The run ends with a note in the run log. Learn more
  • New New trigger: Testimonial submitted. Start a workflow when someone leaves a testimonial, on any testimonial form or only on the ones you pick. The person becomes a client if they were not one yet, so the workflow can tag them or give them a product. Learn more
  • Improved Order amounts in workflow webhooks. A workflow's webhook step can send the order total (gross) and the net amount (at the product's invoice VAT rate) as numbers, for example as the sale amount an affiliate network expects. Learn more
  • Fixed The access e-mail goes out again after a re-grant. Giving a product again to a client whose access expired (an import, Add client, the assistant, the API or a workflow) sends the access e-mail again when that option is on. Learn more

📦 Products and communities

  • New See who downloaded which file. Downloads from the client's library and from the order page are recorded. The client's activity has a Downloads filter, the product's files show download counts per file and in total, and the clients and orders CSV exports get the download count and the first and last download dates. Learn more
  • New Knowledge base favorites and category tiles. Members can add articles to Favorites and find them in the menu. In the knowledge base settings, Start screen → Category tiles opens it on tiles of your main categories with the search above them, instead of the first article. On the web. Learn more
  • Fixed Community post videos play right after upload. As lesson videos already do, instead of showing "Processing video" until encoding ends. Accounts with 4K video still wait for encoding. Learn more
  • Fixed Public community with channels on top. On a wide screen the header, the channel chips and the guest banner line up, and the channels sit in one scrollable row. Learn more

🌐 Pages and your site

  • New Share image and description for pages. Page editor → Settings → SEO has a Share image, the picture shown when someone shares the page, with a preview of the link card. Published pages now carry a meta description and share tags; without your own image, the first large image on the page is used. Learn more
  • New Pages in your sitemap, and llms.txt for your site. The page SEO dialog has Add to the sitemap (sitemap.xml), off by default, which lists a published page in your site's sitemap.xml and llms.txt. Your site now serves /llms.txt for AI assistants: write your own in Your site → Site & brand → Domains, or let Zanfia build it from your site name, description and pages. The API, MCP and the assistant can set both. Learn more
  • New Image lightbox and favicons on pages. Images marked for the lightbox open large, with arrows, keyboard and swipe on phones, and the AI page builder and the assistant can add it. Pages on your Zanfia address use your site's favicon unless the page sets its own, and pages with the scroll reveal appear once styled, without a flash.
  • Fixed AI page edits keep your buy links. Editing a page with AI no longer swaps a link to a hidden price, such as a one-time offer, for the product's public checkout. To change where a button leads, pick the offer or price for that edit. Learn more
  • Fixed Draft previews open signed in. Open preview on a draft page, in the editor or on the pages list, opens the draft instead of your site's login page.
  • Fixed Store cards in your colour in every layout. The Grid, Carousel and Featured hero layouts now use the card colour you set, as the List layout does, with readable text. Learn more
  • Fixed Meta gets the match data from the browser too. On your Zanfia pages, the Meta pixel now receives the hashed e-mail and name when it starts, so browser Lead events carry them, also for a signup made before the cookie choice. Signup and SMS steps wait a moment for Google and Meta events before moving on, so GA4 receives them. Learn more

🤖 Assistant, API and MCP

  • Fixed The assistant knows where buyers go after purchase. Asked about it, the assistant now reads the offer's own redirect, so it no longer says there is none when one is set.
  • API Product visibility and the hidden status. POST /products/{productId}/status accepts hidden, and PATCH /products/{productId}, GET /products/{productId} and MCP update-product-info handle storefrontVisibility (public, unlisted or private). Learn more
  • API Reschedule a campaign. POST /campaigns/{campaignId}/reschedule and the MCP tool reschedule-email-campaign move a scheduled campaign to a new time, like Change the send time in the dashboard. Learn more
  • API Long MCP results are cut. An MCP tool result is capped at 200 KB: a long list is shortened, marked with resultTruncated and a note to narrow the query or ask for the next page. Learn more

🔧 Fixes

  • Fixed The dashboard works on older browsers again. On browsers such as Chrome 109 on Windows 7, the assistant and the video editor no longer crash the dashboard.
