A welcome message for new members, blocking and reporting in private messages, and a warm-up for new sending domains

💬 Communities

• New Welcome message for new members. Switch on the Welcome message in a community's notification settings, and each new member gets it from you as a private message a few minutes after joining.
• New Automations on a new member or a first post. Automations can start on New community member and Member's first post, set per community.
• New E-mails about new posts and comments. New posts and comments in your communities sends you an e-mail right away or once a day at 18:00.
• New Block and report in private messages. Members can Block another member and Report private messages from the conversation. Reports reach you in moderation.
• Improved Fewer e-mails about private messages. An e-mail about a new private message comes about 15 minutes later, in one e-mail, and only if the message is still unread. Learn more
• Improved One messenger, with drafts. The message window and the messages page work the same, and conversations with you are labelled. An unsent message stays as a draft, and photos show whole.
• Improved Slimmer platform rail. The platform rail in the customer area is slimmer, takes your panel's color and folds into the switcher next to the logo. Wide logos show as initials.
• Fixed The members map shows faces first. A click on a group on the members map zooms in to the faces before it opens the list.

✉️ E-mail

• New Warm-up for a new sending domain. A new sending domain's first campaigns go out in batches over time, so mailbox providers get to know it. Learn more
• New Segments by sign-up date and date added. Segments can use the date someone subscribed to the newsletter and the date they were added. Learn more
• Improved Cart recovery e-mails with an unsubscribe link. Abandoned-cart e-mails carry an unsubscribe line and skip people who muted your e-mails.
• Fixed An address is not blocked for a server's refusal. When a mailbox provider refuses our sending server, the recipient's address is no longer blocked.
• Fixed Your sender and a light look. Look-template e-mails and invoice PDFs use your sender details, and the default e-mail stays light when the reader uses dark mode.

🔧 Other fixes

• Fixed Instagram asks you to reconnect. An expired Instagram connection asks you to reconnect instead of showing an error, and a post that fails to publish explains why in plain words.
• Fixed Sign-in with a code keeps the link. Signing in with a code lands on the page the link pointed to, the same as signing in with Google.
• Fixed Sign-up pop-up above the cookie banner. A sign-up pop-up stays usable while the cookie banner is open.
• Fixed The assistant reads every offer. The AI assistant reads offers whose images have no thumbnail.
